Conveniently located to the Pinehurst and Southern Pines area.  You can walk to several restaurants and most all of the major hamburger chains are within 1000 feet of the hotel.  Rooms are newly remodeled and the rates include a nice continental breakfast.  Very low profile with a nice pool and very nice landscaping.

Looking for the best seafood and fish in the Pinehurst area? Look no further than Russell's.  If you know that in order to find the best place to eat in a town is to find where the locals go, then this fits the bill.  The very friendly staff welcomes you immediately to a down-home restaurant.  You know as soon as you walk in the door and smell those hush-puppies you're in for a some good food.   We had two combo platters (large catfish and jumbo seafood, and shrimp and oysters on the others, sweet tea, bread, and two side orders. Total bill was a mere $21.00.   What a value! The food was prepared quickly and was perfectly fried! We highly recommend this local stop in Pinehurst!

Russell's is located on Central Ave on the road to the airport.  Look for the big Russell's Fish and Seafood sign on the right side of the road.  Turn and go down to the end of the road.  It's a white building that could very easily be mistaken for a skating ring or the Elk's Lodge.
